Your first bill explained

Unlike our competitors, Airband do not take any payments prior to your service being set live. Roughly 20 days after your service is live, you’ll receive your first invoice. Payment will be taken 10 days after this.

Your first invoice will include your first and second months service. Any installation charges and any extras will be included in your first bill too.

Each month you’ll receive an invoice prior to the payment being taken. Payment will be taken once a month, in advance of the month’s service. Airband will provide advance notice of 21 days if any of the above changes.
