30 day cooling off period

Here at Airband, we want to ensure that you have the opportunity to trial the Airband service with enough time to feel satisfied that you’re happy and confident in your broadband supply.

Our 30 day cooling off period means that if within 30 days of having the Airband service installed you are not happy, we’ll refund any monies paid, cancel your contract and collect the equipment from your property. Please bear in mind that you have to complete the standard cancellation form should you wish to cancel within the cooling off period.

Deactivation Cost

If you have had a business line or a non-standard installation you may be subject to a deactivation cost within the 30 day cooling off period.
