Renewing and upgrading your service

Renewing your service

Once your initial contract is complete, you will automatically be moved onto a monthly rolling contract. If you wish to change your package,this will enter you into a new contract and 12 month term. All standard contractual terms and conditions will apply, as you are entering a new contract with Airband.

Upgrading your service

During your contract term, you can upgrade your package at any point, free of charge, with no changes to the length of your contract. Please note that you cannot downgrade your package until you have completed your contract term.

If you are currently on a 30 day rolling contract and wish to upgrade your package you will then enter into a new 12 month contract.

You will receive written confirmation of this upgrade, if you have not received this within 21 days please contact the Airband office on 01905 676 121.
