How do I cancel?

Cancelling your service

As we really don’t want to see you go, we’d love to have a chat with you first to see if there’s anything we can do to make your experience better, but we do understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your Airband contract.

You will need to give us 30 days notice to cancel your contract. If you decide to cancel during your contract period you will be required to pay a cessation fee (80% of the total amount outstanding on your contract).

If you’d still like to go ahead with cancelling your service, please call our customer services team on 01905 676 121.

Deactivation Cost

If you decide to cancel with us, we will ask you to send your router back to us, and we will reimburse you for postage costs. All other equipment will remain. If you wish to have this equipment removed, please let us know, but be aware that a £25 deactivation cost may apply.

Please bear in mind that the Cancellation Policy is different for schools and site owners – please contact the Airband office for further information.
