No mid-contract price increase. Guaranteed.

How Project Gigabit works

We’ll do the admin so your role is simple: apply and reply.

  1. Find out if you’re eligible by checking your coverage. Then register your interest and encourage your community to do the same.
  2. If you qualify*, Airband will send you an order form which outlines the project quote.
  3. Once we’ve got your order, we’ll request your Project Gigabit Voucher from the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS). DCMS will issue your voucher, and Airband will plan your fibre connection.
  4. You’ll need to respond to two emails from DCMS. First, to confirm your application. Second, to confirm you’re receiving a full fibre broadband service from Airband. Look out for emails sent from the address [email protected].

We’ll keep you posted on the progress of your community project. Any questions, we’re happy to help – email [email protected].
