Direct Debit information

Payment will be taken once a month, in advance of the month’s service. You’ll receive an invoice prior to the payment being taken. Airband will provide advance notice of 21 days if any of the above changes.

Your first invoice will include your first and second months service. Any installation charges and any extras will be included in your first bill too.

‘AIRBAND’ will appear against the Direct Debit in your bank statement. You will be notified by email when the Direct Debit is set up.

Please remember that no money will be taken from your account until the service is up and running at your property. If for any reason your Airband service is not installed, your Direct Debit details will be removed from our system.

How to cancel my Direct Debit

You may cancel this Direct Debit at any time by contacting Airband or your bank.

How do I change my bank details?

If you want to change your direct debit bank details, give us a quick call on 01905 676121 and we can take your new details over the phone and update your account.
