Ripley – 4th April

He’s hired by a wealthy man to travel to Italy and convince his son, Dickie Greenleaf (played by Johnny Flynn), to return home. However, things take a dark turn when Ripley becomes fixated on Dickie’s life and descends into a world of deceit, murder, and impersonation.

The series also stars Dakota Fanning and is directed by Steven Zaillian. With its psychological suspense and complex characters, “Ripley” has garnered interest from fans of the novels and newcomers alike.

“Scoop,” which hit Netflix on April 5th, is a drama film delving into the story behind Prince Andrew’s infamous interview with Emily Maitlis on BBC’s Newsnight program.

It’s inspired by the memoir of Sam McAlister, a former Newsnight editor, and features Gillian Anderson portraying Maitlis. Woody Woodpecker is back for another adventure, and this time he’s headed to Camp Woo Hoo! This live-action/animated film, releasing on Netflix on April 12th, follows Woody’s mishaps as he gets kicked out of his forest home.

Thinking he’s found paradise, Woody settles into the fun-loving Camp Woo Hoo. However, trouble arises when a grumpy inspector threatens to shut down the camp. Woody, with his signature brand of chaotic energy, might be the only one who can save the day (or will he cause even more mayhem?)

This slapstick comedy film, directed by Jon Rosenbaum, promises to be a hilarious adventure perfect for families looking for some light-hearted entertainment.

The Upshaws (part 5) – 18th April

The new season of the popular Netflix sitcom, “The Upshaws (Part 5),” arrives on April 18th. Here’s a quick look at what to expect:

The Upshaw Family Returns: We’ll be reunited with the hilarious and heartwarming Upshaw family, led by Bennie Upshaw (Mike Epps), a charming mechanic juggling work and family life. His wife Regina (Kim Fields) and their kids will be back, along with his teenage son from another relationship and his ever-sarcastic sister-in-law (Wanda Sykes).
