Are installations subject to a survey?
Although we have made or will make every effort to identify whether your property can get a connection, we can only be sure once the installers have performed an onsite survey. If a connection can’t be achieved, the installers will not be able to proceed with the installation at this point and Airband will be in touch to discuss the next steps.
