What equipment will I need?
Surge suppressor (or surge protector)
If you are using our Fixed Wireless broadband service, you will need a surge suppressor. Surge protectors protect the Airband equipment against damage from power surges.
You can order a surge suppressor when you place your order online. Alternatively, you can order a surge suppressor from various online retailers or from many high street computer/electronics stores. If you have any further questions, you can contact us at [email protected].
Cable compatible router
We will provide you with a router with your installation. When ordering one of our packages you will receive one free WiFi 6 mesh router, and with our Fibre 600 and Fibre 900 packages you will receive two free WiFi 6 mesh routers. You will also have the option to rent additional routers for £5/month per extra router, these can be added at point of order.
