How long will it take to get installed?
We aim to install every customer as quickly as we can. If you can be connected to a network that is live, please allow up to three weeks from ordering for us to complete your install. We will often survey the property before attempting to install. This is to speed up the installation.
If you have placed a preorder, it means the network in your area is close to being completed. In this instance, please allow up to eight weeks for installation.
