Cooling-off period
Our 14-day cooling-off period means that if, within 14 days of placing your order, you decide you no longer wish to proceed, you can cancel your order without penalty.

Deactivation Cost
If you have requested a business line or a non-standard installation and installation has already taken place within the 14-day cooling-off period, you will be subject to a deactivation cost.
