How to raise a complaint
If you find the need to submit a complaint or provide feedback, our Customer Services Team are available to investigate it. You can reach out to them by sending an email to either [email protected] or [email protected].
We aim to resolve customer complaints as quickly as we can, however, if further investigation or correspondence is required, we will contact you within 5 working days. We will aim to come to a resolution within 28 days of receipt of the complaint.
