How do I claim my refer a friend reward?

Referral rewards will be validated once the referred friend has been successfully installed and has paid their first invoice (the first invoice will usually be issued 30 days after their installation). If their promotion includes free months at the start of their contract, the reward will be validated 30 days after their installation.

Once validated, you will receive an email notifying you that the reward is ready to claim. Log in and select your preferred payment option. Please allow up to 5 working days for the payment once you have requested it.
