When will I get my gift card?

If your broadband package includes a gift card (such as Amazon, Netflix or One4all), it will be fulfilled once your first invoice has been paid (your first invoice will usually be issued 30 days after your installation). If your promotion includes free months at the start of your contract, your gift card will be fulfilled 30 days after your installation.

The gift card will be sent to you using the email address you used to place your Airband order. Please allow up to 10 working days for fulfilment to be completed, and remember to check your spam folder.
