Frequently asked questions
Referring a friend is simple and can be done in 3 simple steps. Follow our step-by-step guide to get started.
You will need to click on the unique referral link your friend has sent you and then choose whether to order online or over the phone.
Once you have ordered, you will receive an email letting you know your referral has been received. Click ‘Confirm your rewards account now’ and register your account. You will need to do this to receive your reward. Once you’ve been installed for at least 30 days, your rewards will be validated
When the referred friend has been successfully installed and has been an Airband customer for at least 30 days, your rewards will be validated.
Once validated, you will get an email to let you know the reward is ready for you to claim. Log in to our partner’s site and select your preferred payment option. Please allow up to 5 working days for the payment, once you have requested it.
You will get an email every time someone signs up using your link or code and another email when your reward is ready to claim.
To track your rewards, go to our partner’s site, scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Sign in’. Once signed in, you can track the progress of your rewards in your dashboard.

Terms and conditions:
Referrer must be 18+ and reside in the UK. Referred friend must be 18+ and a new Airband customer. Sign up on the Airband referral page to receive a unique code/link, and share your code/link with friends and family. The referred friend must sign up for a new Airband broadband service using your code/link. The referred friend must remain an active Airband customer for 30 days after successfull installation (subject to survey). Both the referrer and the referred friend receive £100 each upon meeting the conditions. Unlimited referrals are allowed, but only one reward per referred friend. Airband can modify or end the scheme without notice. Rewards are credited within 30 days of meeting the conditions. Rewards cannot be exchanged for other goods/services.
